Biography: Vivien Hewitt is an Electronic Services Librarian with over 20 years experience in providing electronic and systems support to health libraries. She provides electronic support services to a number of Western Australian Health libraries. Cheryl Hamill manages Library and Web Services. She has over 20 years experience in health libraries with a focus on delivering value to clients though opening up online access and improving the skill base of librarians to enhance job satisfaction and career structures.

Session: An introduction to making expensive electronic resources more visible and accessible. A guide for the uninitiated. Working backwards: what seamless e-resources integration means and looks like in practice and what it can do for you and your clients.
