ICML 2009: Poster Presentations

All poster presenters are required to pay the registration fee and attend the International Congress on Medical Librarianship. You can register by visiting the Congress website at www.icml2009.com. We recommend you take advantage of the early bird fee which is available until Friday 15 May 2009.

Posters should measure no more than 1 metre (39.4 inches) wide by 1.5 metres (59 inches) deep (portrait)

Please ensure your poster is placed on the numbered board after you have completed your registration.

We invite all presenters to display their posters until 1 pm Friday 4th September 2009. Posters will be presented Thursday 3 September, 12.00 – 2 pm. The presenting author(s) must be available to present the poster during this time.

Please collect your poster by 1 pm Friday 4th September 2009, as uncollected posters will be discarded.

Materials for fixing posters will be available from staff at the Registration Desk.

If you wish to have handouts accompaning your poster, please make these are A4 in size.  There will be no tables for handouts, so it is best if you give them out during the poster presentation time.  There are retail printing shops in Brisbane (for instance MBE South Brisbane, Brisbane Colour Bureau and The UQ Union Copy Shop) though there will be no printing facilities available at the Convention Centre.
