ICML 2009: Cancellations

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Congress Office. Cancellations received prior to Friday, 17 July 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees less an administration charge of $250.00. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

The accommodation deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations received after Friday, 17 July 2009 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival. The relevant hotel cancellation policy terms and conditions will apply and the cost will be borne by the delegate. The Congress Office cannot accept new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Friday, 17 July 2009.
